These matches were held almost a week ago, unfortunately it is not until today that I am finally able to watch the replay of these games, given the circumstances of my WC3 (spikiness) and time constraints due to some games I took priority of.
Farm4Fame 5 saw some of the favorite teams unable to play their games (hence given default win to the opposing team), notably team Rush3D and Kingsurf. On one hand, this does take away some of my interest in this round of F4F. In fact, I did not manage to watch most of the replays except a few that I think looks quite interesting based on the line up. On the other hand, this tournament also saw the rise of the new Asian team in international tournament, namely team Impreza of Singapore and Sublime of Australia (yay :D) who manage to reach semi final of this tournament, only to be beaten by better teams (MYM and TPL).
Impreza is not a stranger to competitive scene, especially Asian scene, while Sublime (which is recently sponsored and changed into ty-Gaming) is a fairly new team which I remember was introduced by PMS.Rinoa to F4F admin Dopeshow in the previous round of F4F. And to my surprise, the team consist of players I used to play against during the early age of Garena (aka GG-Client), namely Banks.00 and Paulxu. Of course their level is far above me, but seeing them going forward to go into international competitive scene kinda surprised me, and also make me happy too because this is probably the first time I see an Australian team (count MCC out) able to compete in international level, and still able to perform relatively good.
On to the match report.

Match comment: Match 1 replay is not available, and I was late to watch it via GGTV. The only match I watch is game 3. His game, as well as game 1 explains why you should ban Chen against TPL, or at least first pick him before TPL. Because LastHitMagic is fcuking imba with this hero. His micro control of the creep is simply amazing, I especially like how he contro the Centaur to get the first blood on Merlini, and then later finely microed his Dark Troll to entrap Fear's QoP when she's being surrounded at top lane, although Fear still manage to escape in the end. Game 1 and 3 is pure stomp, with MYM failed get pass 10 kills in both games.
Although I do think MYM lost because of their pick (less synergy and stun, and focused too much to counter Chen), credit have to be given to TPL for their ruthless ganks (especially Chen) that even made Merlini failed to farm BoT on Tinker. These games also showswhy Enchantress is a poor counter of Chen. Her creep domination, heal, slow are all inferior to Chen's. And even with Midas, Maelk's enchantress still failed to surpress Chen's creep.
Overall I do enjoy watching game 3, a relatively short replay (ended because Hanni drop, but by then the game has already been decided) and full of ganks through out. Congratulations to TPL for winning F4F5.

Impreza:
Ty-Gaming:
Again, I was only able to watch 1 game from this round, which is game 1. From the picks alone, it was very clear that Impreza is running a full gank lineup with no real carry. And they delivered what they drafted. Again, another short replay with full of action and ganks, really entertaining to watch. sGty was unable to retaliate the opponent's chain stun, given their lack of stun themselves (ES as the only stunner won't cut it) and failed to turtle their way to victory.
The VS played very very well in this game too. I am very impressed with his move around 14th minute, when Es try to escape from battle by TP out, but VS manage to Swap him in the very last moment to cancel the TP, followed by SK's stun. And the rest is history. Another great move by him is around 23th minute, at Scourge base. Sk was low on HP but was somehow determined to kill a low hp Mirana, almost chasing her past base tower. Then VS swap SK, and kill Mirana with Magic Missile. Neat stuff :D
sGty however try to imitate this full gank strategy in game 3, but failed in doing so. Lemion 's QoP totally raped them with her Guinsoo, Cuirass and Desolator.
